1. SMERC is seeking a Technical Targeting Analyst to support the Intelligence community who reviews, analyzes, and responds to requests for a variety of information and products covering a wide problem set at the national and global level. Candidate should be an expert in the field of all-source intelligence analysis who can leverage their experience using a diverse set of targeting tools to provide technical analysis of a target.
Qualifications:
- Must posess an active, current Top Secret / Sensitive Compartemented Information (TS/SCI) clearance with a polygraph.
- Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of experience or a Master's degree and 10+ years of experience supporting the IC in multiple domains (SIGINT, MASINT, HUMINT, OSINT, etc.)
- Experience in several of the following categories: analysis, network engineering, network security, offensive experience, technical collections, penetration testing, red teaming, hardware engineering, software reverse engineering, and/or computer exploitation.
- Experience analyzing current and emerging intelligence issues, and creating intelligence reports
- Demonstrated organizational skills and the willingness and ability to adapt to dynamic and unexpected customer requests.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a proven ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with co-workers and the customer.
- Demonstrated experience with technical targeting tools.
- Knowledge of telecommunications, signals, or cyber topics.

2. SMERC is seeking a Signals Analyst to conduct research and evaluate technical for all-source intelligence with a focus on user behavior and patterns in a dynamic environment. The analyst will detect anomalous activity in raw and processed log files and use IC tools and databases for a deeper exploration and understanding. Identify trends in RF systems and behavior analysis. Create custom charts using a variety of tools to explain the findings from the data, and correlate threat data from various sources. Concisely write assessments that highlight findings and articulate the impact of each conclusion.
Qualifications:
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in related technical fieldfrom an accredited college/university
- 16 years’ experience with collecting, processing, and analyzing signals
- 7 years’ experience with identifying and classifying signals of interest using diverse collection platforms
- 7 years’ experience with geolocation processing and analysis or emitters
- 5 years’ experience with RF waveform design and communication protocols (cellular, wireless, etc.)
- 5 years’ experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Linux shell)
- 5 years’ experience with protocol analysis of collected signals
- 5 years’ experience with calculation of RF signals parameters based on external characteristics
- 3 years’ experience with analysis of binary data streams from RF signals to identify and extract underlying signal content and metadata

3. SMERC is seeking a Technical Targeter who can conduct research and evaluate technical and all-source intelligence with specific emphasis on network operations and cyber tactics, techniques, and procedures focused on the threats to the mission. Prepares assessments and cyber threat profiles of current events based on the sophisticated collection, research and analysis of classified and open source information. Correlates threat data from various sources. Develops and maintains analytical procedures to meet changing requirements and ensure maximum operations. Collects data using a combination of standard intelligence methods and business processes. Produces high-quality papers, presentations, recommendations, and findings for technical and non-technical audiences. Leverage advanced data driven analysis using different collection methods to support the analytic conclusions and recommendations. Combine research, operational knowledge, and sound analysis in a cohesive manner to address the mission's hardest problems.
Qualifications:
- TS/SCI with Poly
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant Technical Field with 12 years of experience. 4 years of additional experience can be used in place of a degree.
- SIGINT and Multi-INT targeting and analysis
- Demonstrated experience with network security and technical collection
- Experience creating intel reports and assessing emerging intelligence issues
